Appointments

Appointments are confirmed by phone or text. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may incur a $25 fee.

Service

We reserve the right to stop any grooming service if we believe it poses a risk to the animal's or groomer's safety. You will be informed immediately and charged only for services completed.

Liability

Lone Star Paws Mobile LLC is fully insured. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service. We are not liable for pre-existing health conditions discovered during grooming.
